Safety

Agent Wallet should help users review actions before execution, especially when the prompt may lead to transfers, swaps, or signatures.

  • Prefer read-only prompts for discovery and research.
  • Ask for quotes before any execution step.
  • Review route details and estimated output before approving a swap.
  • Run token or counterparty safety checks before buying unfamiliar assets.
  • Use hardware confirmation for transactions that move funds.

Review-First Swap Flow

For swap requests, the safer default is:

  1. Build the quote.
  2. Run the relevant safety checks.
  3. Present the route and expected output.
  4. Stop and wait for explicit approval.

Only the order that has already been reviewed should be executed after a follow-up confirmation.

Good Prompting Habits

  • Say do not execute yet when you want a quote only.
  • Ask the agent to explain the route before proceeding.
  • Keep signing and fund movement on hardware when possible.
